Clinical Data Mapper: From ODM to SDTM

Clinical data arrives in one format and needs to leave in another. This TypeScript tool reads CDISC ODM metadata, builds validation schemas, and maps EDC records into SDTM domains.

Problem: Clinical trial data arrives in formats that need careful standardization before review.
Contribution: Built a streaming TypeScript mapper that assembles runtime schemas from ODM metadata.
Outcome: Maps clinical records to SDTM domains while processing XML in chunks.

Cadence Clinical: From Protocol to Study Data

A clinical study has a lot of moving parts. Cadence Clinical connects protocol design with study records, using Neo4j for relationships and PostgreSQL for transactions, with audit trails and digital signatures.

Problem: Clinical teams need protocol changes, operations, and audit evidence to remain connected.
Contribution: Designed a graph-and-relational system with append-only audit trails and digital signatures.
Outcome: Keeps study records, protocol changes, and audit history connected.

A robust, fully-typed Python SDK client for programmatic extraction and integration of clinical trial metadata and patient records from the iMednet EDC platform. Built for biostatisticians and clinical data engineers.

Problem: Clinical data teams need safer, typed access to EDC records for analysis and reporting.
Contribution: Developed an asynchronous Python SDK with typed contracts and token-aware transport.
Outcome: Brings clinical records into Python data workflows and an interactive CLI sandbox.
